We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions.
1. Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering. 
2. If the product received in a damaged condition.
We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenience

To start a return, you can contact us at support@giftingstudio.in or WhatsApp us at 8489406020. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or self courier address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Shipping Policy

Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email / Whatsapp with live tracking information. 

It usually takes around 2-4 working days for processing the order and then approximately 3-7 working days to deliver depends on your location (up to 8 to 10 days in total)
