We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions. 

1. Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering. 

2. If the product received in a damaged condition.

We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenience 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@giftingstudio.in or WhatsApp us at 8489406020. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or self courier address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

It usually takes around 2-4 working days for processing the samples and then approximately 3-7 working days to deliver depends on your location (up to 8 to 10 days in total)
