Damages and issues
Please inspect your order post delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.
To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions.
1. Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering.
2. If the product received in a damaged condition.
We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenience
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 8489406020. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or self courier address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
